We present you an authentic Majorcan manor. Its buildings date back to the XVII century. Since the year 2000, in addition to the agricultural and cattle raisingactivities, there are various apartments farm houses for tourist use available.

Besides collaborating in the protection of the environment, through the implementation of sustainable development policies in the tourism aspect, we work the land with agro-ecological methods, the farm being certified by the CBPAE (Consell Balear de la Producció Agrària Ecològica). Also the animals of autochthonous race have an outstanding presence in our farm..
SOLAR ENERGY. We have solar thermal energy with which we generate sanitary hot water. And photovoltaic solar energy that we apply to save electricity consumption in the tourist complex and agricultural facilities.
RAIN WATER. The recovery of rainwater is essential in our region, where rainfall levels are semi-desert (200-300 mm / year) and well water is salinized. Through a reservoir and a system of pipelines and pumping we collect rainwater from the roofs and terraces of the farm. Stored in the pond, in summer we have enough water for watering the garden, the trees, as well as cleaning the cars and terraces.
RECYCLING. We collect personally all the glass, plastic, paper and cardboard generated by our guests and that they have previously selected from the rest of manure. Along with the recyclable materials that we generate ourselves, we deposit them to the points of collection or green points enabled in Campos.
BIOLOGICAL WATER PURIFIER. With the implementation of a wastewater treatment system, with a green filter (reed bed system), we managed to stop infiltrating gray water to the subsoil by reusing this water. With this system we provide water and organic matter to our land as well as having an extra biomass that can be used in livestock feed or as a vegetable cover in the garden.
